This notice describes how Box By Request uses information submitted through this website. For questions or a request about your information, email boxbyrequest@gmail.com or text 702-714-4407 (text only).
What you share
The request form collects your contact details; recipient name and relationship; occasion, delivery date and destination; number of people; preferences, interests and colors; your vision, budget, upgrades and special requests; and any photos you choose to upload. Please share only information and photos you have permission to provide. Do not include payment card details, identity documents, health information or property access codes.
How we use it
We use these details to respond to your request, review availability, prepare a personalized quote and coordinate your experience. We send you a confirmation email. Submitting a request does not sign you up for promotional email.
Where your request goes
The website is hosted on Vercel. The request is processed by our website’s server function and sent through Resend to our team’s Gmail inbox at boxbyrequest@gmail.com. Optional photos are delivered as private email attachments. These providers process information to host the site and deliver and store the email. Request details and photos are not placed in a public gallery. Technical request information may appear in service logs; the application does not intentionally log your form answers or photo contents.
Delivery and service coordination
When planning an approved experience, necessary delivery or scheduling details may need to be coordinated with the property, shipping provider or optional service provider. Share only the details needed to arrange your request.
Photos, videos and feature permission
Inspiration uploads are for planning your experience. They do not grant permission to feature you, your recipient or your photos. If you later send reaction photos or a video link, separately tell us whether you permit use on our website, Instagram and TikTok, and confirm everyone shown has agreed. We review submissions before publication. Contact us if you want to change your permission or request removal from channels we control.
Retention and requests
Inquiry messages and attachments remain in our business email and service records while we handle the inquiry, order and related business records. To ask for access, correction or deletion, contact us using the details above. We will review your request and explain any records that need to be retained to meet applicable obligations.
Website technology
This website does not use an advertising pixel or a marketing analytics script. Its hosting and email providers may process technical data needed to operate their services. The homepage loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves requests to Google’s servers. Email providers may retain delivery status information.
